Fatigue recognition assistant

Do you often have long trips on your own? In those cases, our Assistant, which detects driver fatigue (Driver Activity Assistant) comes in handy. Long, monotonous trips pose a danger of microsleep, which can cause fatal accidents. And microsleep is just what this assistant takes care about. It monitors the driver's behaviour based on the motion of the steering wheel and evaluates their level of fatigue. The fatigue detection system can be activated in Fabia, Octavia, Karoq, Kodiaq and Superb cars. As soon as the handling of the steering wheel stars deviating from the normal, typically small angular changes in the wheel's orientation, the warning tone goes off. At the same time, the system also recommends that the driver pull over to have a rest via message on the dashboard.
