Pickup at Škoda Partner
You can pick up your order for free at the Škoda Partner you select from the list when placing your order. If your order includes goods that require professional installation, we recommend arranging an installation appointment with the Partner in advance. The installation fee is charged by the Partner according to their price list and is not included in the e-shop order price. Please note that cash on delivery is not possible at Partners! Only already paid goods can be picked up here.

Delivery to the address via DPD CZ
If you choose this delivery method, you will receive an SMS from DPD CZ on the day your package is picked up for shipping. You will receive another SMS the following business day, which includes a two-hour delivery window. We strongly recommend checking the package upon receipt and either not accepting it or accepting it with a reservation if it appears visibly damaged. If you accept the package without reservation, it cannot be later claimed with the carrier.
Upon receipt, we strongly recommend that you check the shipment and, in the event of visible damage, either not accept it or take it over with reservation. If you accept the shipment without reservation, it is not possible to reclaim the shipment with the courier.

Delivery to Address via PPL CZ
If you choose this delivery method, you will receive an SMS from PPL CZ on the day your package is picked up for shipping. The fourth delivery option for your orders is Balíkovna to the address. When receiving the package, please check it thoroughly and report any damage as a reservation to the Balíkovna employee.

Delivery to Address via Zásilkovna
The fifth option we offer is delivery through Zásilkovna and its partners. This means that when delivering to your home, any Zásilkovna partner may bring the package. Similar rules apply to this partner as to others. When receiving the package, please thoroughly inspect it for damage and do not accept it if any defect is found.
