Transport and takeover of goods
We offer 6 delivery options for your orders. Note that the delivery method depends on the type, size or weight of goods. Below you can find an overview of transport methods and their prices.

Pickup at Škoda Partner
You can pick up your order free of charge at Škoda Partner, who you select from the list when creating your order. If your order contains accessories requiring professional assembly, we recommend that you arrange an assembly date in advance with the Partner. The installation fee is charged by the Partner according to its price list. This price is not included in the price of the order from the e-shop.
It is not possible to pay cash on delivery! Here it is possible only to pick up the already paid goods.

Delivery to the address via DPD CZ (previously GEIS Parcel CZ)
If you choose this method of transport, you will receive an email from DPD CZ (previously GEIS Parcel CZ) on the day your shipment is picked up at Škoda. You will usually receive another SMS next working day and there is a two-hour window of the expected delivery of the shipment by courier.
Upon receipt, we strongly recommend that you check the shipment and, in the event of visible damage, either not accept it or take it over with reservation. If you accept the shipment without reservation, it is not possible to reclaim the shipment with the courier.

Delivery to the address via Czech Post
The third way of delivering your orders is the Czech Post service „Parcel delivery to Hand“. When receiving the package, carefully check the package and report any damage as a reservation to a Czech Post employee.

Home Delivery via Zásilkovna
The fourth option we offer you is delivery through Zásilkovna and its partners. This means that upon home delivery, the consignment can be brought to you by any partner od Zásilkovna. Similar ruels apply to this partner as to others. When take over the package, please inspect it carefully for damage and do not accept it of a defect is found.

Car Delivery via Zásilkovna
The fifth option is delivery to the car. Zásilkovna, in cooperation with Škoda Auto, offers delivery to Škoda vehicles. The vehicle must be equipped with Connect services and have remote access to the car activated. To use the car delivery service, you need to activate the service within the MyŠkoda application.

- Zásilkovna – Pick-up Points
You can pick up your parcel at any of our delivery points or Z-Box. Please inspect your package thoroughly for damage when you receive it and if you find a defect, do not accept it or report the defect immediately.
