These two rails from ŠKODA Genuine Equipment are essential for transporting of any kind of load on the roof. They’re used for mounting the LAS 620 002A crosswise carrier, which forms the basis for installing bicycle racks, ski boxes, luggage itself etc. The rigidity and durability of the roof railing was confirmed by CITY-crash test, which proved that during crash of given intensity, the transported items will not get loose and endanger the occupants. The railing’s maximum load is defined by maximum roof load, which is to be found in car’s registration documents.
