Tow bar Octavia IV

The tow bar is manufactured from high-quality materials, it has undergone load tests as well as rigorous testing for strength and resistance to corrosion.
The tow bar complies with homologation E1 55R-01 2858 and all Czech and international regulations. With this tow bar, a simple automatic mechanism allows the ball hitch to be swivelled out into the working position and then, when it is no longer needed, swivelled back in beneath the bumper. Retrofitting a tow bar to your vehicle increases the demand on its cooling system. As a result, depending on the equipment fitted to the vehicle, the cooling system components will need to be replaced in accordance with the information either held by workshop technicians in authorised Škoda Auto service centres.
 

For cars without a tow bar preparation, further parts need to be ordered from Škoda Genuine Parts catalogue: Wiring set 5E3 055 204A + 5E3 055 204B.

Attention:
For Škoda Octavia IV Combi without a tow bar preparation must be ordered separately from Škoda Genuine Parts catalog:
- diffuser (1pcs) 5E6 807 521E (not valid for models Octavia RS (PV5) neither for Octavia IV Scout).

When replacing the diffuser on cars with a virtual pedal (PR - 4E6) it is necessary to order in addition:
- antenna for virtual pedal 5E3 962 239
