It is made from plastic polyurethane, which is shaped by means of reaction injection moulding. This technology prevents stresses within the material, as well as deformation. As a result, the diffuser is very strong and robust. When it is supplied, the diffuser has already been surface treated with filler. Once it has been painted, it matches the colour of the vehicle perfectly. Adhesive sealant is used to adhere it to the rear bumper. The addition of the diffuser increases the total length of the vehicle by 6 mm. This information is used by transport authorities for subsequent entry in the registration document.
