The safety of our smallest while travelling is definitely a priority for all parents. ŠKODA Genuine Accessories offer child seats for all ages. ISOFIX DUO plus Top Tether Child Seat is a separate representative of the Group 01 suitable for children weighing in the range of 9-18 kg, i.e. aged 9 months to 4 years. The child seat may be installed in the car only in the driving direction, either on the outer back seats or on the front passenger‘s seat equipped with the ISOFIX system (fixing eyes located between the support and the seat). The child is fastened with a five-point belt that is height-adjustable according to the child height. The child seat can be adjusted to three positions - seating, relaxation, and resting. If the child seat is fixed to the front passenger´s seat the seat should be moved to the highest back position. If the car is equipped with fixing eyes at the back side of the back seat backrests, the child seat may be also fastened using the Top Tether restraining belts. Each type of child safety seats from the ŠKODA Genuine Accessories passes through a series of rigorous tests, including EuroNCAP crash tests, the test for flame resistance, content of harmful substances, wear resistance, but also the quality of the coating. Successful completion of
these tests is the basis to meet European safety certification ECE R 44/04 for safety devices for children.
